Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. What you paid is what you’ll be refunded for eligible returned items.

No Final Sale Items

At this time, BLACKPINE does not sell final sale items. Every product is covered under our standard 30-day return policy.
